We have very demanding recruitment criteria, as we are looking for a perfect blend of skills, dedication and personal qualities. We are not looking for a specific ‘type’ of applicant. We appreciate the individual personality, career path and profile that each candidate can bring. As a result, our teams comprise lawyers from a wide range of complementary backgrounds.

The qualities that we expect from our applicants obviously depend on the level of experience of each one. However, whatever their level, the basic values that we are looking for from our associates are expertise, commitment, responsiveness, drive, energy and the ability to work well in a team.

These values are consistent with our firm’s key principles and objectives:

 

A high standard of services. To achieve this, we are mainly looking for well-qualified experts, who have sound professional or pre-professional experience and are motivated by the same quest for excellence that drives our teams.

 

Strong team spirit. Cooperation, appreciation and mutual respect among our teams are vital factors for our quality of service and play a pivotal role in our organisation. Our teams must be committed to values such as efficiency, open communication, and a desire to create a healthy and motivating working environment. Each staff member must be willing to contribute to our joint effort to expand our firm.

 

Forging close ties with our clients. In addition to their technical expertise, the applicants we select will share the same determination that drives us and will be able to focus on building close ties with our clients. This requirement is consistent with our aim of providing our clients with teams that are always on-hand to support them at every stage of a project.
