ANOTHER ONE ! : After having won in 2008 the award of the 'International Legal Alliance Summit and Award' of the best law firm of the year in LBO Mid-Market and the Private Equity Magazine award of the best law firm of 2009 in Private Equity, our firm has received the award of the best French law firm of 2009 in Private Equity from the Acquisition Finance magazine.

LAUNCH OF CAPITAL INGENIUM : The firm innovates and invests alongside Capstan (the French reference law firm in employement and labour law) with the creation of a GIE dedicated to employee share incentive and saving schemes. Capital Ingenium ('esprit subtil' in Latin) can regroup more than 200 lawyers and has dedicated cross-disciplinary team of more than 15 lawyers.

2009 CONVENTION ON BENEFITS : During this Convention organized by ORAS (Observatoire Rémunérations et Avantages Sociaux), Olivier Tordjman and Bruno Erard respectively talked on the 9th and 10th June about 'Benefits' and 'the Changes and opportunities relating to employee share incentive and saving schemes'.

GROWTH CAPITAL : A PRACTICAL GUIDE : the Firm co-wrote the new practical guide relating to Growth Capital published by AFIC in the context of the Growth Capital Committee, chaired by Jean Gore and Jean-Paul Bernardini.

TRAINING SEMINARS : Since January 2008, our firm has held training seminars (validated by the Paris bar) for its lawyers and lawyers from other firms on various topics relating to Company law, Tax law, Banking law and Bankruptcy law.

TEAM SPIRIT : The Firm reached the conclusion that because of the stressfull and time consuming nature of our jobs, there is not enough room for sports! Because sport is one of the best way to relax, the firm has decided to set up the the Cool Basketball Association for the lawyers, bankers and other professionals who want to practice more sports and have fun at the same time. Training sessions and matches take place each Tuesday from 7.30 to 9.30 PM at the sports center located on 39, rue de Longchamp at Neuilly-sur-Seine between friends and professional relations wishing to do sports, without competing against each other and regardless of how good they play. SPORT AGAIN : The firm has started a running team, open to every client, amateur or professional jogger.
